Also, there are organizations in your community that may be able to provide assistance. The following groups are offering Energy Assistance Programs:

Pace Community Action Agency: Daviess, Greene, Knox, and Sullivan Counties
South Central Community Action Program: Monroe and Owen Counties
Western Indiana Community Action Agency: Clay, Putnam, and Vigo Counties
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission has extended the state’s moratorium for disconnection due to COVID-19 until August 14. UDWI will continue to actively reach out to members who are behind on their payments and to let them know a resumption of disconnects will need to happen very soon. We want to assist our members in avoiding disconnection and we are working to make sure that our members have payment plan options available to them. UDWI strongly encourages all members to join a payment plan that can help those with past due bills avoid disconnection.
Get back on track and find the payment program that works for you before we commence disconnects in early September. Contact our office today! #INThisTogether
