We have a limb down on lines (not power lines though) it’s pulling all our poles though. Do I call you all for that too?

Been without power on 42 since 6:03pm any idea of when it’ll be restored?

Any updates for the Guthrie substation area? Washboard Road? Thank you all

❗Attention members: The phone number that you receive Billing & Usage Alerts from will be changing on June 1
New Number: 812.558.5869 (changed from short code 352667)

Why the change?
Currently, UDWI REMC has its Billing & Usage Alerts coming from a SMS short code number. To better differentiate official UDWI alerts from potential spam text messages, we are changing our alert number to that of a local area code.

How Will I Be Affected?
If you are currently enrolled in the Billing & Usage Alert system, you will not have to re-enroll in the program. Members will also still be able to use all of the same text commands with the new member alert number: HELP, JOIN, START, STOP, BAL, PAY, MENU, RESET

NOTE: Billing & Usage Alerts are NOT the same as Outage Alerts. Outage Alert notifications will not be changing in any way.
