Human Resources Generalist -
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing strategic, technical and tactical support for a full variety of human resource functions. The Human Resource Generalist will demonstrate understanding and support of UDWI’s vision and strategic plan.
Key focus areas for the position include: organizational development, employee support, and legal compliance. The work ranges from routine to complex and creative. This employee is expected to be a positive role model who leads by example.
The employee must support a strong safety culture and employee engagement.
